The Role

This is a phone-based property valuation role, working with homeowners who have already expressed an interest in selling their property.

You'll speak with motivated sellers, understand their circumstances, assess their property and guide them towards the most suitable selling solution.

This is not cold calling. You'll work with qualified opportunities, helping homeowners make informed decisions while taking ownership of the sale from enquiry through to agreement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct property valuations over the phone

  • Build rapport and trust with homeowners

  • Understand customer motivations, circumstances and timelines

  • Assess property details and market conditions

  • Present tailored solutions and recommendations

  • Negotiate and secure agreements with homeowners

  • Manage and progress your pipeline effectively

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in property sales, valuations, estate agency, acquisitions, telesales or consultative sales

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence handling objections and negotiating outcomes

  • Commercial awareness with a consultative sales approach

  • Self-motivated, target-driven and ambitious

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment

  • Experience speaking with customers over the phone

Property experience is beneficial but not essential.
