Current Needs: Currently seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist in Fargo, ND. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Position Description:
• This person will be on the front end of the provider enrollment process.
• They’ll receive requests through their internal database.
• They will have to decipher whether or not the request is for an individual plan vs group plan and
route it properly.
• They will then enter the application into the system accurately and quickly.
• Phone call follows up may be necessary to gain clarity or fill in missing information on an application.
• Mainly this position will be sitting in an office environment, at a cube, working on a computer.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Strong Data Entry Skills
• Office Experience (medical preferred)
• Strong computer skills (ability to learn new software, navigate around different applications, etc)
• 6 months office experience preferred
