Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide a continuum of community-based services to children, adults, and families.

Examine patients to determine general physical condition following standard medical procedures

Consult with outside agencies, referral sources, other professionals as needed

Order laboratory and other special diagnostic tests and evaluate data obtained

Determine nature and extent of mental disorder and formulate a treatment program

Treat and direct treatment of patients utilizing psychotherapeutic methods and medications

Provide medication management for patients of the clinic

Responds to client emergencies as required

You will work with a professional and innovative clinical team to provide clients with a full range of services for their mental health and substance abuse recovery needs including intensive family issues, trauma, forensics, and mental illness.
