As the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker you would engage with individuals in the daily operation of a vocational psychiatric rehabilitation program. While learning all of the duties within the Clubhouse work units, supervising and engaging members in essential daily work tasks, planning and leading instructional groups, accompanying and instructing members in a community setting! 

Duties will also include but are not limited to:

  • Operation of company vehicle(s) for daily transportation, meetings/conferences, trainings, and evening/weekend social activities.
  • Advocate for members in regard to benefits, housing, entitlements, etc.
  • Assist members with setting and working toward rehabilitation goals.
  • Collaborate with other service providers to ensure continuum of care.

Travel: Yes, some travel will be required. 

External Hiring Range:  $10.74 up to $15.77/hour

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED AND 2 years experience in Human Services, including mental health direct care experience. OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Social Work, Psychology, Vocational Counseling, or other related field) AND 1 year work experience in Human Services, including mental health direct care experience.

REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates are expected to provide current valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH) prior to first day of employment.  
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Clubhouse model training and psychiatric rehabilitation documentation training within the first two years of hire.
