What the Role Entails

一、社群创意内容运营

结合区域热点和用户洞察，负责PUBGM MENA社群内容策划与产出，围绕版本更新、赛事、活动等节点输出适配中东用户偏好的创意内容，提升互动与用户参与

二、用户反馈及舆情监测

完善用户反馈监测流程，整合商店评论、社媒评论、玩家群组、媒体等多渠道声音，输出结构化洞察

基于监测数据驱动内容策略调整，按周/月复盘并输出优化方案

三、网红生态内容监测

逐步承接中东网红内容的效果监测与质量监督，为运营和市场团队提供优化建议

Who We Look For

• 中文流利，英文可以作为工作语言
• 有社媒内容策划与运营经验，能独立产出创意方案
• 熟悉中东文化禁忌，有MENA内容运营经验优先
• 熟悉PUBGM或同类射击手游
• 数据意识强，有搭建监测流程或工具的经验优先
• 信息敏感度高，能从多渠道提炼有价值反馈
• 加分项： 阿拉伯语 / 网红合作经验 / 数据分析工具使用经验 / 基础视频图片编辑
