Key Responsibilities

• Preserve the Beauty of Our Public Spaces: Take full ownership of the hotel’s public areas, including the lobby, hallways, restaurants, event spaces, and historic courtyards, ensuring they are immaculate, welcoming, and flawlessly presented at all times.
• Set the Standard for Cleanliness and Elegance: Ensure every corner of our public areas meets and exceeds 5-star luxury standards through meticulous cleaning, deep maintenance, and precise attention to detail.
• Enhance the Guest Experience: Act as an ambassador of the hotel’s warm hospitality, warmly greeting guests you encounter and subtly contributing to an atmosphere of quiet luxury and comfort.
• Manage Operations & Inventory: Work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisors to monitor cleaning supplies, maintain equipment in top working order, and ensure efficient usage of eco-friendly products.
• Ensure Safety & Operational Excellence: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring safe pathways and flawless presentation throughout the property.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Dedication & Pride in Work: You have previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality (ideally in a luxury hotel environment), with a genuine passion for high standards.
• Eye for Detail: You notice the small things that others miss and take pride in transforming any space into an impeccable masterpiece of cleanliness.
• Reliable & Proactive Team Player: You are a natural hard worker with strong communication skills, capable of working independently as well as collaborating seamlessly within a fast-paced team.
