As a **Publisher Acquisition Manager **, you will expand Adskeeper’s presence in the iGaming vertical by building a sustainable portfolio of premium traffic sources.
Tasks
What You’ll Do:
- Work with Publishers, affiliate teams, media owners, and traffic source operators in the gambling vertical
- Identify and acquire Publishers generating traffic from SEO, PPC, ASO, Push, Popunder, and other performance marketing channels
- Negotiate commercial terms and close profitable partnerships aligned with company revenue and margin goals
- Conduct market research to identify high-quality traffic sources and new acquisition opportunities
- Manage real-time business communications and relationship development with decision-makers across different organizational levels
Requirements
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in Publisher Acquisition, Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, AdTech, or Digital Advertising
- Proven experience working with gambling, betting, casino, or other high-risk verticals
- Strong understanding of traffic acquisition channels including SEO, PPC, ASO, Push, Popunder, In-App, and other performance-driven traffic sources
- Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new Publishers generating traffic for gambling offers
- Ability to independently manage the full acquisition cycle: prospecting, outreach, negotiations, deal closing, onboarding, and account development
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with decision-makers, media owners, affiliate teams, and business owners
- Understanding of publisher monetization models
- Experience using industry tools for Publisher research and lead generation (SimilarWeb Pro, PublicWWW, BuiltWith, Spy tools, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, programmatic advertising, native advertising, content recommendation platforms, Google Ad Manager (DFP), header bidding, API integrations, and Publisher monetization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate traffic quality, business potential, and partnership profitability
- Experience working in international markets (Tier 1, Tier 2, LATAM, APAC) will be considered an advantage

Existing network of contacts among gambling Publishers, media buyers, affiliate teams, or traffic owners will be a strong advantage
