Purchasing Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to provide vital support for our end-to-end procurement activities. In this role, you will assist with sourcing, quotation management, purchase order (PO) processing, delivery tracking, and supplier coordination to ensure all purchasing requirements are efficiently handled and delivered on schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Support Procurement Operations: Assist in end-to-end purchasing activities, including supplier sourcing, gathering and comparing quotations, and monitoring order statuses.

• Process Purchase Orders: Prepare, review, and process purchase orders accurately while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate with Vendors: Maintain clear communication with suppliers and vendors regarding pricing, availability, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines.

• Monitor Deliveries: Track incoming shipments and resolve any delivery discrepancies or delays in coordination with internal departments and suppliers.

• Maintain Records: Organize and update purchasing logs, supplier data, and transaction documents to ensure seamless record-keeping.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure purchasing requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled on time.

Who We're Looking For:

• Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

• Experience: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or administrative support.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with vendors and internal teams.

• Core Traits & Soft Skills:
