Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer (Python) to join our AI Innovation Team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable Python applications.
• Contribute to software architecture and technical design discussions.
• Write clean, well-tested, and documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and promote high engineering standards.
• Integrate, test, debug, and maintain applications across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support feature estimation, prioritization, and technical improvements.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering processes, tooling, and development practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Python development.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or similar.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and software integration patterns.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Understanding of software testing practices, including unit and integration testing.
• Fluent English
