About the role
As a QA Engineer at invygo, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our subscription-based car platform. You will execute test strategies, contribute to automation efforts, and work closely with engineers and product managers to catch issues early and ship with confidence.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute test plans: Perform thorough functional, regression, and exploratory testing across features and releases.
- Support automation: Contribute to and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and surface quality risks early.
- Document and report: Write clear bug reports, test cases, and test summaries that inform stakeholders.
- Improve test coverage: Identify gaps in existing test suites and propose improvements to coverage and processes.
- Participate in QA reviews: Contribute to sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives with a quality-focused lens.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of hands-on QA experience in a product or software engineering environment.
- Solid experience with both manual testing and writing automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with at least one automation framework (e.g. Maestro, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc).
- Experience with Git.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think through edge cases and failure scenarios.
- Clear communicator who can work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
