Key responsibilities:

• Assist various departments, including Human Resources, Architectural & Design, Construction, Community Management, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance, in their daily tasks and ongoing projects.
• Support project-related activities and research.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for projects and process improvements.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Law, Legal Studies, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Junior or Senior student (3rd or 4th year) or fresh graduate.
• Strong interest in the real estate sector.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
