ABOUT THE ROLE

QA Inspector is responsible for ensuring banking cards, RFID cards or chip-based smartcards meet strict quality and security standards before shipment

Main missions:

  • Perform regular incoming and in-process inspection by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement test and rejecting goods that does not meet specified specification.

  • Perform pilot testing for new products.

  • Master all testing equipment and testing method for all the testing required for inspection purpose.

  • Reports to direct superior immediately when there are any NC/Rejects detected for further action.

  • Document and retain all results of inspection and testing by completing detailed reports and performance records including reports generated by testing software.

  • Perform duty according to quality procedures and standard operating procedures to comply with ISO9001 standard and CQM.

  • Assist in filing records for QA Department

  • Work on other ad-hoc tasks when required as assigned by superior

ABOUT YOU

You are/have :

  • SPM certification/Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualifications

  • 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Offfice

  • Good math and technical skills

  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.

  • Ability to work shifts and stand for extended periods if needed

  • Experience in basic Computer knowledge
