In this role, you’ll play an important part in ensuring product quality and smooth laboratory operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Sample Management
- Review and verify incoming samples for accuracy and completeness
- Organize, label, and maintain proper storage of all materials
Laboratory Support
- Coordinate and deliver samples to Quality Control (QC) labs for testing
- Support efficient lab workflows by ensuring timely sample handling
Compliance & Quality
- Follow all regulatory and company guidelines to maintain compliance
- Help uphold high standards for documentation and data integrity
Monitoring & Reporting
- Perform routine monitoring of temperature, environmental conditions, and/or CO₂ levels
- Document results and flag any irregularities
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with internal teams and communicate with external clients when needed
- Build strong working relationships across functions
What You’ll Develop

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline)
- Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP‑regulated environment (prior experience is a plus but not required)
- Ability to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without current or future sponsorship
Additional Information
Position is full-time, schedule is 1st shift Wednesday - Saturday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Base pay is between $22.50-23.50/hr. A $50 flat-rate weekend shift differential will also be included for Saturday shifts.
