Qlik Developer

Job Title: Qlik Developer (4–10 Years Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Qlik Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and data models using Qlik tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards using Qlik Sense / QlikView
• Design data models using QVDs and optimized scripts
• Build ETL logic within Qlik load scripts
• Extract data from databases, APIs, and flat files
• Optimize dashboard performance and load time
• Implement incremental data loading strategies
• Perform data transformation and cleansing
• Create reusable data models and layers
• Work with business users for requirement gathering
• Translate business needs into technical solutions
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency
• Troubleshoot data and dashboard issues
• Manage security (section access) in Qlik
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts
• Handle deployment and release activities
• Document technical design and processes
• Support production issues and enhancements
• Ensure best practices in Qlik development

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Qlik Sense and/or QlikView
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts
• Expertise in SQL (joins, optimization, complex queries)
• Hands-on experience in ETL/data transformation
• Knowledge of QVD layer architecture
• Experience with performance tuning
• Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Experience with version control tools (Git preferred)
