What is the essence of the role?

As a Qualification Center Agent you will be contactingMBA and Master’scandidates who have registered for ourhigher educationeventsworldwide.Your primary focus will be making outbound calls to candidates who have already expressed interest in our events

This is a part-time temporary position for a periodoffered under a civil contract. In the event of your successful outcomes, we may proceed to extend to you a long-term commitment.

What will your job look like?

· Conducting short telephone interviews withprospective studentsin English to evaluate and qualify their skills

· Providing
candidateswithrelevant informationregardingbusiness schools’ programs and admission services

· QualifyingMBAcandidates as potential leads for both business schools and admission preparation centers

· Entering candidates’ feedback about our events into our internal software

· Participating in online events - organizing meetings between business schools with candidates

What do you need to be successful?

· At least 6 months of full-time work experience, ideally in a call center

· Experience withinternational communication
would be a plus

· Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility

· Outgoing andresults-driven attitude

· Fluent written and verbal English is an absolutemust
