Quality Assurance Engineer / Tester (Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate)

Delta Capita is growing the team behind Report Hub, our market-leading regulatory reporting platform used by global financial institutions. We are looking for both Junior and Senior QA Engineers to help ensure the quality, reliability and performance of mission-critical applications.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Design and execute functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.

• Validate application functionality, data quality and system performance.

• Identify and manage defects through to resolution.

• Support test automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and product teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Help drive a quality-first culture across the organisation.

Qualifications & Experience

Junior QA Engineers

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Interest in automation, cloud technologies and quality engineering.

Senior QA Engineers

• Significant experience testing enterprise applications and platforms.

• Strong understanding of test strategy, automation and quality engineering practices.

• Experience leading testing activities across complex delivery programmes.

• Ability to mentor junior team members and engage confidently with stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

Experience with some of the following technologies would be advantageous:

• Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence

• Selenium, Playwright, Cypress and SpecFlow

• C#, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python

• Postman, REST APIs and microservices testing

• SQL Server, Azure SQL and data validation

• Microsoft Azure, CI/CD and DevOps practices

• JMeter and performance testing tools

Experience within Financial Services, Capital Markets or regulatory reporting environments would be beneficial, particularly knowledge of EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR or trade reporting workflows.
