Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and standards

- Use measurement tools and testing equipment to assess product quality and identify defects or deviations

- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records for quality audits

- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards

- Assist in the development and improvement of inspection procedures and quality control processes

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during inspection activities

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in quality control or related field preferred

- Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably in manufacturing or production environments

- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills

- Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members

- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASTM) is a plus

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks accurately
