Quality Controller

Ownership and key responsibilities:

•End‑to‑end ownership of incoming, in‑process and final quality inspections, including First Article Inspection, dimensional measurements (CMM, FARO) and non‑destructive testing (VT, PT, MT).

•Ownership of identification, documentation and escalation of non‑conformities, including support of corrective actions and supplier complaint management.

•Responsibility for measurement equipment control, calibration status and accuracy of quality records, reports and inspection documentation.

•Active contribution to continuous improvement, internal quality meetings (QRQC) and quality support during new project launches and production transfers.

Responsibilities:

•Final inspection of semi-finished products and finished goods from production.

•Reporting all identified non-conformities to the Quality Engineer.

•Active participation in internal quality meetings.

•Engagement in the development and optimization of the quality area and quality processes.

•Performing VT (Visual Testing), PT (Penetrant Testing) and MT (Magnetic Particle Testing) in accordance with held certifications and authorizations.

•Performing dimensional measurements using a FARO measuring arm and CMM machines, as well as preparing measurement reports and inspection records.

 

Qualifications / Requirements

•Very good knowledge of technical drawings.

•Very good knowledge of measuring instruments,

•Experience with FARO measuring systems / FARO measuring arm.

•Technical education (secondary or higher).

•Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

•particularly experience in operating CMM machines.

•Valid certifications/qualifications to perform VT (Visual Testing), PT (Penetrant Testing) and MT (Magnetic Particle Testing).
