Daily Responsibilities:
- Performs medical record reviews/chart audits to determine appropriateness of patient services provided
- Manages and monitors quality improvement initiatives
- Analyzes, updates, and modifies procedures and processes to continually improve QI operations.
- Collects and summarizes performance data
- Participates in site visit preparation and execution by regulatory and accreditation agencies (State agencies, CMS, AAAHC, URAC, NCQA,EQRO)
Hours for this Position:
- Monday-Friday daytime hours

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Clear and active RN license in the state of TN
- 3-5 years of managed care experience
- Knowledge of HEDIS
- 2+ years of clinical experience
