Daily Responsibilities:

• Performs medical record reviews/chart audits to determine appropriateness of patient services provided
• Manages and monitors quality improvement initiatives
• Analyzes, updates, and modifies procedures and processes to continually improve QI operations.
• Collects and summarizes performance data
• Participates in site visit preparation and execution by regulatory and accreditation agencies (State agencies, CMS, AAAHC, URAC, NCQA,EQRO)

Hours for this Position:

• Monday-Friday daytime hours

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Clear and active RN license in the state of TN
• 3-5 years of managed care experience
• Knowledge of HEDIS
• 2+ years of clinical experience
