Role & Mission
Quality Management System (QMS)
Own and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
Develop, maintain, and update the Quality Manual to ensure compliance with applicable standards
Define and improve quality policies, procedures, and work instructions across the organization
Ensure the effectiveness of the QMS while supporting the company's rapid growth
Documentation & Change Control
Manage the complete quality documentation lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving
Own the Change Control process to ensure all product and process changes are properly evaluated, documented, and implemented
Maintain full traceability of quality records and documentation
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
Manage deviations, non-conformities, CAPAs, and root cause investigations
Monitor quality KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership
Identify opportunities to improve processes, product quality, and operational efficiency
Foster a culture of continuous improvement across engineering and manufacturing teams
Audits & Compliance
Plan, conduct, and document internal quality audits
Prepare and support customer, certification, and regulatory audits
Coordinate responses to audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality requirements
Risk Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Participate in quality risk assessments using methodologies such as FMEA and other structured approaches
Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle
Support the transition from prototype development to industrial production with robust quality processes
Training & Quality Culture
Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
Promote awareness of quality requirements throughout the organization
Support the development of a quality-first culture that enables reliable and scalable production
Candidate Profile
You are a Quality Manager with strong experience building and maintaining Quality Management Systems in industrial environments. You are structured, analytical, and passionate about implementing robust processes that enable high-performance engineering and manufacturing teams.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems
Experience managing CAPA, Change Control, document control, and risk management processes
Experience planning and conducting internal audits and supporting external audits
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to Have
Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, automotive, or other highly regulated industries
Knowledge of AS9100 or other aerospace quality standards
Experience supporting certification, qualification, or regulatory compliance activities
Familiarity with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS)
Experience scaling quality processes from prototype to production
Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, or Six Sigma methodologies
