Your Responsibilities

As our Quality Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the organization. By collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions, you will help ensure that quality remains an integral part of how we work, innovate, and grow.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You maintain and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 requirements, ensuring policies, processes, and documentation remain effective and up to date.
• You plan and conduct internal audits and support external certification audits from preparation through follow-up activities.
• You drive the digitalization and automation of quality management processes, leveraging modern business applications and quality management tools.
• You serve as a trusted point of contact for quality-related topics and collaborate with auditors, customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• You develop and deliver training and awareness initiatives that strengthen a quality-focused mindset across the organization.
• You monitor quality metrics, investigate non-conformities, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• You partner closely with Corporate IT, Business Systems, and Process Automation teams to embed quality requirements into business and IT processes.
• You prepare management reports, communicate key insights, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What you need to succeed

• You have a degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You bring several years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a similar role, ideally within an ISO 9001-certified environment.
• You have hands-on experience with quality management systems, internal audits, and supporting external certification audits.
• You are comfortable working with software systems and enjoy driving the digitalization and optimization of processes and tools.
• You approach challenges with a structured, analytical mindset and a strong focus on sustainable solutions.
• You communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels and build productive relationships across teams.
• You are well organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Manager and/or ISO 9001 Auditor certifications are a plus.
