Key Responsibilities:
- Execute routine QC testing of raw, in‑process and finished products (chemical, physical and microbiological) under supervision, ensuring accurate recording per GMP/HACCP/ISO‑FSSC.
- Conduct packaging and hygiene checks: package integrity, label verification, weight/volume control, line clearance and sample traceability.
- Report deviations and OOS results, support CAPA actions and contribute to quality data trending and basic root‑cause analysis.
- Coordinate quality communications with Production, Packaging, Warehouse and Logistics and deliver on‑floor quality/hygiene briefings.
- Support internal/external audits and certification activities by preparing documentation and assisting with regulatory compliance updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry.
- 2–4 years in food/dairy QC or QA.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC standards.
- Skilled in chemical, physical, and microbiological testing.
- Accurate data recording and reporting.
- Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills
