Quantitative Trading Intern - Winter Quarter 2027

At Belvedere Trading, Quantitative Trading Interns are some of the industry’s highly motivated most quantitative problem solvers. They have a love for financial markets and enjoy working in teams to learn about various trading concepts. Our Quantitative Trading Interns participate in a hands-on rotation between Belvedere’s trading desks and collaborate with Developers and Strategists in research to improve our trading systems. Quantitative Trading Interns are at the forefront of technology immersion as they learn best practices in software development and focus on projects related to trading logic development, electronic trading strategies, and quantitative research. If you love technology and financial markets, then this position might be for you.

• Daily trading activities – Assist with analyzing daily trades and recapping significant trends

• Rotations – Rotate between product groups to gain a broad understanding and knowledge of the market and Belvedere’s trading strategies

• Desk strategy – Engage in daily collaborative strategy adjustments with your team to adapt to market dynamics

• Research – Participate in quantitative research and the application of quantitative strategies while learning concepts behind our core market making operations

• Data Analysis – Analyze extensive datasets to extract insights that bolster our trading strategies

• Training – Benefit from our industry-leading BTU program, complemented by ongoing practical training within our trading operations, covering a spectrum from foundational knowledge to advanced proprietary concepts.
