Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for structural projects based on design documents and construction methodologies.
- Evaluate and analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best value for the company.
- Assist in preparing tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities and scopes of work.
- Work closely with project teams to track project costs and assist in maintaining adherence to budgets.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify estimation assumptions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor Estimator focusing on structural projects.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction materials.
- Proficient in quantity surveying tools and software, along with MS Office applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail in preparing estimates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
