Our client is a high-spec residential developer/contractor based in Buckinghamshire.

They have an urgent requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join the management team.

The ideal candidate will be degree/HNC/HND qualified with circa 2-4 years’ experience of working on building projects .

You will be involved in the full commercial process from tender/pricing up, BoQ, checking quantities against drawings, variations and final accounts.
