Pay & Schedule

• $24.25/hour, weekly pay
• Static schedule — the same days every week, no flipping
• 10-hour shifts
• Every driver works either a Saturday or a Sunday each week

The Job
You'll deliver Amazon packages throughout South Jersey in a Rivian EDV, covering routes that can run 1+ hours from the station on some days. This is a physically active role — expect to walk 10+ miles most shifts. Day to day, you'll:

• Drive safely and follow all traffic laws and company procedures
• Deliver packages efficiently with strong customer service
• Use a company smartphone for navigation, scanning, and logging
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs, repeatedly, throughout your shift
• Walk extensively and stay on your feet for the full shift
• Work in all weather — rain, shine, or snow, the packages still go out
• Stay in contact with dispatch to keep your route on track
• Load, unload, and keep your vehicle organized

Qualifications

What You Need

• 21 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from the station
• Valid, non-provisional driver's license
• Clean driving record — no accidents, no moving violations
• Ability to pass a 4-panel drug screen
• Physically fit and comfortable walking 10+ miles per shift
• Comfortable with routes up to an hour+ from the station
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in any weather
• Fluent in spoken/written English
