Qualifications

1. Real Estate is a 100% commission based income career. Therefore, future Real Estate agents MUST have 6 months of finances set aside to help supplement their income while building their business.
2. Must have a clean, well running vehicle.
3. Must have a laptop/computer
4. Must dress professionally
5. Must have a Real Estate License with the State of Michigan (Contact us for information on how to obtain a license)
