Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transactions: Process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and manage general ledger entries.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Property Accounting: Maintain tenant and owner account records, process lease agreements, and track rental income.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, assist with filings, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Vendor & Payroll Management: Process vendor payments, manage payroll transactions, and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Audit & Compliance: Conduct periodic financial audits, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide recommendations for financial improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Experience: Minimum of ** 2-5 years** of bookkeeping experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
