Real Estate Property Manager

We are looking for a Real Estate Property Manager who will responsible for managing all aspects of assigned properties, including ** leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and compliance **. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
• Manage **tenant relations **, including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure **timely rent collection, invoicing, and lease renewals **.
• Coordinate **property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services **.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure lease compliance and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage **property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking **.
• Advertise and market vacant properties on rental platforms and social media.
• Enforce lease terms and manage evictions or legal proceedings if necessary.
• Ensure compliance with **local real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and building codes **.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software (Appfolio)

Requirements

• **Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing **.
• Knowledge of **landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and lease agreements **.
• Proficiency in property management software APPFOLIO
• Strong **organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills **.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.
