At that time, we started recruiting top talent for some of the largest Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs and Fortune 500 clients in the United States.

Then the recession of 2008 hit hard. Hiring froze in every industry. Demand was at an all-time low. Survival meant turning the staffing agency model upside down and pioneering unconventional ways to motivate recruiters, find incredible talent and get businesses back to work.

What started as a traditional staffing approach transformed into Crowdstaffing. And it’s changing the very fabric of the recruiting industry today.

Roles & Responsibilites

• Approves or rejects items and documents inspection results as required.

• Performs documentation review and verification of certifications, specifications, and conformance to design and specification requirements.

• Communicates with internal customers, and suppliers as required to resolve inspection discrepancies.

• Use electronic ERP system to route parts and components to proper departments.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1+ yr. receiving inspection experience is required.

• Requires the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications using ASME Y14.5.

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs., lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position.

• Must be open to work 1st Shift (A) – Su, M, T, W, Th – 9:00am – 7:30pm; 1st Shift (B) - T, W, Th, F, Sa - 9:00am-7:30pm and overtime as necessary.
