The Receiving Lead performs all the duties of a Warehouse Associate and acts as the back-up for the Warehouse Supervisor in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Process all truck shipments both domestic and international• Enter into SAP and process all sales orders for customer walk-ins and pick-ups• Log and assign orders to pickers• Perform duties of Warehouse Associate when needed• Acts as the back-up to Warehouse Specialist in their absence• Adhere to and enforce housekeeping standards• Respond to requests from Customer Service Department• Review open pick ticket report daily• Perform light assembly when needed• Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders to route materials• Record shipment data such as weight, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.• Ensure the completion of UPOP - Urgent Part Order Process.• Supply packers with needed supplies• Identify and rectify safety concerns• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-2 years warehouse experience• Forklift experience/training• Experience with loading/unloading trucks• High School Diploma/GED required
