What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience
• Handling guest enquiries both in person and over the phone
• Managing reservations, guest accounts, payments, and room allocations accurately
• Providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions
• Maintaining high standards of guest service and satisfaction
• Promoting hotel services and facilities to maximise guest experience
• Working collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations
• Following security, confidentiality, health & safety, and company procedures at all times

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous hotel reception or customer service experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
