Receptionist

We're looking for a friendly, organised and patient-focused Receptionist to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to begin or develop a career within a healthcare environment. As the first point of contact for patients, visitors and colleagues, you'll play a key role in creating a welcome and professional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our services.

No two days are the same. You'll be responsible for greeting patients and visitors, answering telephone enquiries, handling patient information and providing administrative support where required. Full training will be provided in our electronic patient record system and reception processes, helping you build the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the role.

This is full-time position working 36 hours per week. We are committed to supporting flexible working where possible and welcome applications from candidates who wish to discuss alternative working patterns.

• Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Is committed to delivering an excellent experience for patients, visitors and colleagues.

Previous reception, customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not essential - we're looking for people with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
