Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people?

Can you imagine going to work every day knowing that you’re making a positive difference?

The first face. The first voice. The lasting impression.

We're looking for a Receptionist & Ambassador of First Impressions who enjoys connecting with people and creating exceptional experiences. This isn’t just a reception role-you’re the heart of our front office and the first impression of our firm.

You’re the kind of person who remembers names, notices the little things, and understands that meaningful relationships are built through genuine, consistent interactions. You take pride in making people feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued from the moment they walk through our doors or call our office. Through every interaction, you’ll deliver the warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service our firm is known for.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every client and guest with genuine hospitality, whether in person or over the phone.
  • Build authentic relationships with clients by remembering personal details, milestones, and preferences.
  • Create a calm, organized, and inviting office environment.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate appointments, meeting rooms, and client arrivals.
  • Keep the reception area polished, stocked, and ready for visitors at all times.
  • Anticipate client needs—whether it's offering a cup of coffee or simply recognizing when someone needs assistance.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client information.
  • Be the person clients remember—not because you had to help them, but because you genuinely cared.

This description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Duties may evolve to meet the needs of the firm.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Two or more years of experience in a receptionist, client service, hospitality, customer experience, concierge, or administrative role preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional, polished, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others.

Required Unique Application Process:

To be considered for this position, please call 954.440.5970 and follow the recorded prompts for the next steps in the application process. Be sure to listen to the entire message and complete all instructions. Candidates who do not complete this process will not be considered.
