Dans le cadre du développement de notre équipe, notre hôtel recherche un(e) Réceptionniste Polyvalent(e) motivé(e), dynamique et souriant(e) pour rejoindre notre établissement à Périgueux.
Vos missions :
- Accueil et prise en charge des clients
- Gestion des arrivées et départs
- Réservations téléphoniques et en ligne
- Encaissements et facturation
- Service petit-déjeuner et aide ponctuelle en salle
- Participation au bon fonctionnement général de l’hôtel
- Garantir la satisfaction et le confort de notre clientèle
Profil recherché :
- Sens de l’accueil et excellent relationnel
- Polyvalence, autonomie et esprit d’équipe
- Bonne présentation et sens de l’organisation
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques
- Une première expérience en hôtellerie est un plus
- Anglais apprécié
