Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of all transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and reports.
• Monitor transaction flows closely to identify any abnormal behaviors, discrepancies, or irregular patterns.
• Investigate and analyze any detected anomalies, determine root causes, and document findings clearly.
• Prepare detailed reconciliation reports highlighting variances, issues, and overall transaction performance.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of reconciliation activities for audit and compliance purposes.
• Continuously review and improve reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of card transaction flows and card settlement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and investigate root causes.
• Good understanding of financial transactions, payment systems, and reconciliation processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Very good command of English.
