Key responsibilities
- File, index and archive documents to the agreed structure
- Check records for completeness and correct errors
- Apply retention and disposal schedules
- Retrieve records and respond to internal requests
- Maintain logs, registers and audit trails
- Support data clean-up and migration projects
What you'll need
- Experience in a records, document control or administrative role
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Google Workspace
- Methodical, accurate and consistent with naming and filing
- Strong written and spoken English
- A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work
Nice to have
- Familiarity with a document management system
- Exposure to data protection or retention policy
- Experience supporting an audit
