At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter to own the hiring process end-to-end — from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.

This is not just a scheduling or coordination role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building strong candidate pipelines
  • Engaging and evaluating top talent

  • Advising hiring managers

What You’ll Own

Role Intake & Hiring Strategy

  • Partner with hiring managers to define:

    • Ideal candidate profiles

Sourcing & Pipeline Generation (Core Focus)

  • Build candidate pipelines using:

    • Indeed

    • Boolean search techniques
  • Engage passive candidates through outbound outreach

  • Maintain active pipelines across multiple open roles

  • Continuously improve sourcing quality and response rates

Screening & Candidate Assessment

  • Conduct structured:

    • Phone interviews
    • Video interviews
  • Evaluate:

    • Skills
    • Experience

    • Cultural alignment
  • Use:

    • Behavioral interviewing

  • Coordinate skills assessments or case studies when required
