Recruiter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment process from initial screening to final placement. You will be responsible for ** CV screening, conducting candidate interviews, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and candidates.**

Key Responsibilities

• CV Screening & Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes to shortlist candidates who align with job requirements.
• Interviews & Assessments: Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Client & Candidate Communication: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring timely updates and smooth coordination.
• Job Posting & Talent Sourcing: Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms to attract top talent.
• Database & Pipeline Management: Maintain and track candidates through Workable, Trello, and other tools.
• Process Optimisation: Improve recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house).
• Strong skills in **CV screening, interviewing, and stakeholder communication **.
• Proficiency in **Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Trello **, and other job posting platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with **ATS systems and recruitment best practices **.
