Recruiter Freelancer - Mercado Financeiro

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter Freelancer - Mercado Financeiro based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced recruiter specializing in the financial and investment markets.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and strategic talent acquisition.
The role offers autonomy to map the market, build candidate pipelines, and identify professionals for specialized positions.
You will combine advanced sourcing techniques with structured competency-based interviews and detailed candidate assessments.
Success will depend on strong market knowledge, an active professional network, and a highly organized approach.
Working on a temporary, project-based basis, you will contribute directly to strategic hiring initiatives while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

• Conduct proactive hunting and continuous talent mapping across the financial and investment markets.

• Source and identify strategic candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant sourcing techniques.

• Screen and assess CVs and professional profiles against the requirements of each position.

• Conduct structured competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates consistently.

• Manage candidate pipelines and keep all recruitment information accurate and up to date within the ATS.

• Prepare detailed candidate assessment reports and provide clear recommendations aligned with the requirements of each role.

• Maintain effective communication throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.

• Work autonomously across temporary recruitment projects while maintaining strong organization, responsiveness, and delivery against deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in hunting and recruiting strategic positions within the financial and investment markets.

• Active and well-established professional network within the financial sector.

• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.

• Strong experience conducting competency-based interviews and evaluating professional profiles.

• High degree of autonomy, organization, investigative ability, and sense of urgency.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with specialized candidates.

• Experience with the Quickin recruitment platform is a plus.

• Previous experience as an independent recruiter or recruitment consultant is advantageous.

• In-depth knowledge of financial and investment products and organizational structures is considered a strong advantage.
