Key Responsibilities

• **Screening candidates **: Ensure applicants have relevant skills and experience tailored to industry or education roles as per open job opportunities.
• **Shortlisting qualified candidates **: Identify top talent and pass on only the best candidates to hiring teams.
• **Communication and reporting **: Maintain clear communication with recruitment teams and provide regular updates on candidate progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in **recruitment **, with the ability to screen for various roles.
• Familiarity with CV vetting processes, particularly for engineering and technical positions.
• Experience of 2+ years in recruitment and candidate screening.
