Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare

We are looking for someone to join our team! Jump Lane Recruitment have recently moved into our new office based in Altrincham, adjacent to the fabulous market house.

We would like to speak to ambitious, friendly and experienced candidates with an entrepreneurial flair who would be suited to this opportunity to grow with us.

The Package:

• Basic Salary £18,000 - £22,000 per year
• Excellent Commission Structure
• Pension
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays & Birthday

Duties:

• 360 Health & Social Care Recruitment desk.
• Creating Job briefs and posting across multiple job boards
• Selling the company to prospective clients whilst building relationships.
• Always provide an excellent service to both our clients and candidates.
• Visit clients
• Interview candidates

The Person:

• Ideally looking for someone with previous Recruitment experience in the Health & Social Care sectors.
  • Elderly, Adult & Children & Young People's Residential Care
  • Temporary & Permanent
  • Entry Level to Senior Positions
• Confident, ambitious, positive and resilient.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
