Responsibilities

  • Based in our bustling Munich office, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of our tech Consultants: From the first contact to providing a world-class onboarding experience at Netlight for our new colleagues.
  • This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, employer branding, project management, talent management, DEI work and other activities connected to a long-term sustainable and organic growth of Netlight.

  • You are a recent or soon-to-be graduate with a Master's degree, or young professional with 2 years of work experience.
  • You naturally build trust and your communication skills are top-notch - C1 Level or above of German and English.
  • You have a passion for people, recruitment, project management, entrepreneurship, and tech.
  • Experience in relevant fields such as tech, event management, sales, and employer branding is advantageous but not required.
