We are a Polish branch of a fast-growing InsurTech product company from Silicon Valley – Hippo Insurance. Our mission is to revolutionize home insurance in the US, starting from IoT monitoring devices to our industry-leading software.

Are we a good match?
As Recruitment Team, we take care of the entire end-to-end recruitment process (i.e., briefs with Hiring Managers, reaching out to candidates, writing advertisements, conducting recruitment interviews, or providing feedback) and do our best to ensure a good candidate experience. As we work on a global scale, you’d be cooperating daily with Hiring Managers from Poland and the United States. This is why we are looking for candidates with at least 6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an international environment, with very good English skills.
Since this is a Recruitment Manager role, we’re looking for someone who’s spent at least 2 years leading others. Whether it’s been one person or a whole team, what matters most is your ability to support individual growth, help the team thrive, and keep things moving forward. Right now, our team is two fantastic people, and we’re looking for a leader who can guide the team, tackle projects to improve the work and processes, and find new ways to make recruitment even better—because there’s always something to build on. Of course, while your main focus will be leadership and projects, we’d love for you to jump into hands-on recruitment from time to time, like hiring for higher-level roles or stepping in when things get busy.
