Recruitment Manager (Volume)

Location: Ortigas (Onsite)

Schedule: Mid-shift

Requirements:

• Must have 15 years experience in Recruitment in a BPO setup
• At least 5 years’ experience with end-to-end volume recruitment in a call center environment, as a Manager
• Must be amenable to work in Ortigas, Mid-shift schedule
• Must have handled at least a team of 8 to 10 HC

Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring Strategy: Develop strategies to recruit, screen, and onboard large volumes of candidates quickly.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor a team of sources and recruiters to meet aggressive daily and weekly hiring targets.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment pipeline and implement Applicant Tracking Systems to automate tasks like scheduling and initial screenings.
• Vendor Management: Partner with universities, staffing agencies, and job boards to maximize candidate reach.
• Data & Analytics: Track metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-Per-Hire, and Applicant Conversion Rates to improve processes.
