Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, script, film, and edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
• Create content that aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and audience interests.
• Research social media trends, popular formats, sounds, hashtags, and emerging content styles.
• Develop creative hooks, storyboards, scripts, and shot lists for video concepts.
• Capture and edit high-quality video content using mobile devices, cameras, and editing software.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and social media teams to plan content calendars.
• Produce content for product launches, promotions, educational campaigns, behind-the-scenes features, and brand storytelling.
• Adapt content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video platforms.
• Use captions, text overlays, transitions, music, voiceovers, and visual effects to improve engagement.
• Manage multiple video projects from concept through production, editing, approval, and publishing.
• Monitor content performance, including views, reach, watch time, engagement, and conversions.
• Use performance insights and audience feedback to improve future content strategies.
• Stay current with platform updates, content policies, creator trends, and best practices.
