• ⁠Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs

• Assist the e-commerce operations team with on-boarding to hit online sales targets:

  • Shoot and measure merchandise

  • Edit and upload products

  • Order fulfilment

  • Warehouse management

• ⁠Work closely with MY E-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly

• ⁠Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams

Qualifications

• ⁠Diploma/degree in the related field

• ⁠Good command of English

• ⁠Skilled in Microsoft Office - especially excel

• ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

• ⁠Detail oriented, organised and has good time management

• ⁠Able to work independently and display strong initiatives

• Available to commit to full-time work for 6 - 7 months from Dec 2026 or Jan 2027
