岗位概述:

负责精炼一车间、精炼二车间、食品磷脂车间、油罐区、污水车间的生产运行情况；根据销售需要，合理协调安排生产计划；督导生产，完成生产任务；各项工艺指标达到公司质量指标要求及政府环保要求，并结合各车间实际情况指导调整工艺，并努力使之达到最优化，指导车间搞好现场及人员管理工作等。

主要职责:

1. 遵守和执行公司的各项安全、行为规范等规章制度, 遵守公司食品安全、质量、环境政策的要求；
2. 严格执行工厂的各项安全管理制度，培养部门员工的安全意识，负责实施安全设施改造项目；
3. 确定部门的岗位设置、并随着生产的发展变化不断进行调整；做好员工的日常管理和绩效考核，激发员工的工作潜能。
4. 负责车间的项目及能源管理的具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况；
5. 依据公司生产计划，维修计划及各项绩效考核；依据每月的销售计划，结合生产能力状况，组织并实施责任区域内的年度、月的生产/维修计划，及时掌握生产动态，随时组织资源解决生产中出现的任何问题，确保生产安全、高效运行；
6. 组织制定责任区域内的生产工艺操作规程和安全操作规程，并组织、督促及激励下属各车间员工开展安全生产技术、操作等方面知识的学习培训; 帮助下属员工提高工作业绩，增强部门凝聚力和团队合作精神，加强企业文化建设；
7. 根据公司标准，组织下属员工对责任区域内的设备开展TPM/AM，提高设备的健康率，降低NSDT，同时提高设备运行的OE及生产运营的OEE；
8. 做好生产部年度预算（Capex\Opex\KPI），同时对各项成本/费用的控制及分析；
9. 推动CI工作，使车间的工作规范、高效、持续改进。

 

Qualifications

技能知识

• 熟悉食用油精炼、大豆油、玉米油、花生油、葵油、非转豆油、菜籽油精炼工艺等和包食品级磷脂加工流程和设备
• 熟悉ISO和HACCP、食品级洁净区域管控等 ，质量管理体系的基本要求。
• 熟练运用各种管理工具或系统（ABC分类法、SWOT、PDCA、6W2H、SAMRT、WBS等等）
• 熟悉油脂工厂安全法律法规及国家标准；
• 了解可靠性维修体系
• 较强的团队合作精神，创新精神；
• 优秀的沟通、组织、协调能力；
• 认真负责的态度。

工作经历:

• 有五年以上食用油生产管理工作经验

教育背景:  

• 本科及以上学历，油脂、食品、机械、化工类等专业
