1. 协助精炼主管负责组织、管理：精炼车间建设中的安全、质量、进度和费用。
2. 协助精炼主管进行项目管理和团队管理工作。
3. 工厂施工期间现场值班。
4. 上级安排的其他工作。

生产期间：

1. 确保生产及食品安全前提下，带领班组高效完成生产任务、维护生产设备正常运行、保证产品指标合格。
2. 做好责任区内的日常点检、日常维护，5S推进等工作，不断提升本岗位的理论知识和技能操作水平。
3. 管理班组，保持与各部门良好沟通，非行政班时负责车间安全巡查，及与各部门的沟通协调工作。

上级安排的其他工作。

Qualifications

全日制大专及以上学历，油脂工程、食品或粮食工程专业、化工、机电一体化等相关专业，条件优秀的可放宽

Additional Information

同行业五年以上工作经验；对油脂行业工艺流程熟悉，条件优秀者可放宽对行业及岗位任职要求。

1. 富有团队合作精神，善于沟通，工作认真负责。
2. 有较强抗压能力及环境适应能力，心理健康，具备较强的情绪把控能力。
3. 有良好的团队管理、分析和解决问题的能力。
4. 掌握基本的计算机及office办公软件使用技能。
