Job Description

Develop and manage regional pricing concessions, trade terms and tariff monitoring with regards to global Trade Term Scheme framework, steer governance and documentation, and ensure compliance across markets. The role supports transparent concession management, monitors performance and exception trends, and coordinates with commercial, pricing, controlling, legal and regional teams to ensure consistent execution within defined guardrails.

Main responsibilities

• Develop regional Trade Term Scheme within global TTS framework and defined guardrails.
• Steer regional rollout, governance and publication of TTS policies, processes and documentation.
• Monitor concession spend, exception rates and compliance trends to identify risks and improvement areas.
• Manage concession exception reviews, including high-risk cases, audit trails and escalation requirements.
• Coordinate with Commercial Management, Pricing, Controlling, Legal and market teams on TTS changes and corrective actions.
• Ensure regional markets apply concession and trade term policies consistently while maintaining audit readiness.

Key Activities :

• Develop regional trade term scheme with regards to global TTS, including approval rules and market-level guidance.
• Conduct scenario modeling to assess impact of changes in TTS
• Review concession exceptions and align high-risk cases with Legal, Controlling and Pricing stakeholders.
• Monitor TTS compliance, concession spend and breach patterns, and coordinate remediation with hubs.
• Publish policy updates, maintain documentation and ensure complete audit-ready records.
• Communicate terms policies, clarifications and governance requirements to markets and business stakeholders.
• Run quality checks on concession data, escalate anomalies and coordinate with relevant data owners.
• Own concession metrics reporting with Pricing Performance and support consolidated trend reviews.
• Track competitor trade terms, channel dynamics, regulatory insights.

Qualifications

• Relevant University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, trade terms, channel management, margin, concessions, tariff monitoring and commercial governance.
• Good understanding of concession exception management, approval workflows, audit trail requirements and compliance monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret concession data, identify trends, detect anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
• Experience working with commercial management, pricing, controlling, legal, data governance and regional market teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain policies, clarify requirements and coach local teams effectively.
• Structured, self-managed and result-oriented working style with strong complexity management, problem-solving capability and attention to documentation quality.
